The company's directors with employee status accounted for 25.00%, and independent directors accounted for 25.00%. There are 5 female board members, with women accounting for 41.67% of all board members and 58.33% of male members. There are 2 and 1 independent directors who have served for less than 3 years and less than 6-9 years.
